CARATINO offers both new and carefully selected pre-loved jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and accessories from recognised international brands.
Each product is clearly presented according to its individual condition, so you can understand what you are buying before placing your order.
New Products
New products are unused and may be offered either with or without original retail tags, depending on the individual item.
Where original packaging, certificates, warranty cards, branded cases, dust bags, gift boxes, spare links, or other accessories are included, this is stated in the relevant product information.
Pre-Loved Pieces
Pre-loved products have been previously owned and may show signs of use consistent with their stated condition.
We see pre-loved as an opportunity to discover distinctive pieces, earlier collections, discontinued designs, and products that deserve another chapter.
Each pre-loved item should be considered individually. The stated condition grade, product description, disclosed signs of wear, imperfections, missing components, and product photographs together describe the condition of the specific piece.
Our Condition Grades
CARATINO may use the following condition categories:
New with tags
Unused, with original retail tags attached or included where applicable.
New without tags
Unused, but original retail tags may not be attached or included.
Pre-loved, Pristine
Previously owned with virtually no visible signs of wear.
Pre-loved, Excellent
Minimal signs of previous use and exceptionally well preserved.
Pre-loved, Very Good
Light visible signs of wear consistent with careful previous use.
Pre-loved, Good
Noticeable signs of previous use while remaining functional and presentable.
Pre-loved, Fair/Worn
Clear or significant cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed condition.
Pre-loved, Defect
A known defect, damage, missing component, functional issue, or significant cosmetic issue that is specifically disclosed before purchase.
Condition Is Individual
Condition grades are intended as a general guide. Two products with the same grade may still show different types or levels of wear.
For this reason, the condition grade should always be read together with the individual product description and photographs.
Disclosed wear, imperfections, damage, missing components, packaging differences, or other characteristics form part of the stated condition of the product.
Authenticity
CARATINO sells genuine branded products sourced through professional suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and other legitimate commercial channels.
We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products.
The fact that a product is pre-loved does not change our approach to authenticity.

Packaging & Accessories
Pre-loved products may not always include the same packaging or accessories that were supplied when the product was originally sold.
Original boxes, certificates, warranty cards, branded cases, dust bags, spare links, tags, and other accessories are included only where stated in the relevant product information.
Returns
Eligible new and pre-loved products may normally be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions and mandatory consumer rights.
For pre-loved products, the returned item is assessed against the condition in which that specific product was supplied.
Pre-existing wear or imperfections that were disclosed before purchase are not treated as damage caused by the customer.
